Order Processing
Each handcrafted photo album is meticulously designed, carefully packaged, and safely shipped from the EU straight to your doorstep. We use trusted delivery services like DHL, EMS and Omniva to ensure your order arrives promptly. All parcels are dispatched from our location in Marupe, Latvia (European Union).
Delivery times
Delivery times usually range from 3 to 14 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control, as they are handled by courier and postal services. We guarantee that your order will always be fully trackable, so you’ll know exactly where it is until it reaches you.

Europe
All our photo albums are shipped directly from Marupe, Latvia (EU) with trusted couriers. Delivery costs vary depending on your country of destination. Please find the detailed shipping rates below.

If you order products and want to receive them in one of the European Union countries, then taxes are included in the price and there should be no extra cost when you receive the goods.
If you order outside the European Union, you could be charged customs and import duties if they are applied in your country where you want to receive the products. The courier company will invoice you separately for this. These taxes are your obligation to pay where they apply and we (Madelavi) do not have any influence and responsibility on this.
Free Shipping
We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders over 150 EUR.
- This applies to all delivery destinations available in our store.
- The free shipping discount is applied automatically at checkout.
- If your order total is less than 150 EUR, standard shipping rates will apply (see above for details).
- Please note that customs and import duties (for non-EU countries) may still apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Taxes and Customs Duties
- EU Orders: Taxes are included in the price. No additional charges on delivery.
- Non-EU Orders: Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country.
- These fees are billed separately by the courier.
- Responsibility for paying import duties lies with the customer.
- Madelavi cannot influence or cover these costs.
