Return policy

We accept refunds and exchanges.

It is possible to return or exhange an entire product or your entire order but please notice that no item cannot be used or damaged. It is not possible to return or exchange any individual part or detail of the product.

Our return and refund policy lasts for 14 days after your order has been delivered.
14 days after your order has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot return or exchange the products you ordered.

If you want to return a product, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and also it must be in its original packaging. To finish your return successfully, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you about approval or rejection of the refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and the credit will be transferred to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days after approval.

Late or missing compensation - if it's applied.
If 14 days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
After that, contact the credit card company, because it may take some time before the refund is officially credited.
Then you should contact your bank. There is also often a processing time before the refund is credited.

We only exchange products if they are damaged or defective during the shiping process. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us by email at info@madelavi.com, we will inform you about further steps.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and this sum will not be refunded. Product exchanges can take longer than 14 days. The duration of the exchange depends on your location.
